What's the best way to get to your Patersnn store from a NJTransit stop ?

From the information we have here, there is no public transport stops near the store. A taxi or Uber/Lyft is recommended.

What direction from the store would you be traveling from?

From what I see on Google Maps, the closest stops would be Vreeland Ave at 18th Ave or 11th Ave at 43rd St. I do not seem to find any stops closer and these are over a 10 minute walk to the store.
