Here's my parts list. My budget is around 2.5k but I've bought a keyboard, mouse and headset outside on Amazon, so my budget is more around 2.3k. I honestly just want a PC that can run most games and maybe support streaming in the future. I just wanna know if there are parts that are better value or if you'd recommend different parts!
Greetings. Looking over your parts list it looks very solid.
A water cooler isn't really that needed for that Ryzen processor, you can do just fine with the included cooler, or an air cooler instead.
If you are interested in streaming, I'd suggest considering a 5800X instead https://www.microcenter.com/product/630284/amd-ryzen-7-5800x-vermeer-38ghz-8-core-am4-boxed-processor-heatsink-not-included but besides that everything looks good!
Note, if you do go for a 5800x, you would need a cooler, something such as water cooler is fine, or an air cooler such as https://www.microcenter.com/product/633457/cooler-master-hyper-212-evo-v2-cpu-air-cooler-with-sickleflow-120,-pwm-fan,-direct-contact-technology,-4-copper-heat-pipes-for-amd-ryzen-intel-lga1200 would be sufficient as well.
