Basically, a close relative used their card info to reserve a pc. We are going to pick it up in store but don't have access to the physical card itself, could we pay with just the card details?

You're welcome to have whomever you'd like pick up your order. They'll need the order number and first/last name on the order. Please note, they will not be permitted to use your debit or credit card to complete the purchase upon pick up and will need a form of payment in their name, or cash payment to complete the transaction. We do not accept card information, the physical card must be present and matching the ID of the user of the card.
