GPU Protection Plan with no GPU stock

So my GPU's protection plan has about a month left and I've been dealing with an overheating issue for the past 6 months that is getting progressively worse. Due to the lack of GPU available, I've been biding my time. Desperation is kicking in now. A gift card doesn't work cause then I would be without a GPU for an unforeseeable future. Would a manager be able to put me on a waitlist or something for a GPU? Tustin CA is my Micro Center.

Greetings, Micro Center warranties are handled directly at the store, so if you would like an issue to be looked into, please bring it in and they can further assist you with a solution. No appointment needed.

For anyone that comes across this. As far as the Tustin store goes, if there is no GPU inventory, all they will do is give you a gift card. No separate queue or anything for people with protection plans.

Yes @SidLongwei , thanks for helping clarify the process.

The way our plans usually work is, if it's an item we can repair in-store (such as a laptop or desktop) we will attempt to repair the item under that plan.

However if you buy a Protection/Replacement plan on item we do not repair (Such as GPUs, CPUs, MOBOs, Routers. etc) then we would just issue a gift card for the amount you paid for that item.
