So excited to post my Dream PC. I took the time to really estimate what I would want, but overall I am glad to see that Micro Center has so much in my budget and in my style. Would love to see my Gaming/Schooling PC come to life. College here I come! 💜 -
I just want a gaming pc that can play any game and stream any game without a struggle for 20- 30 years without needing a upgrade.
-
would love to start streaming and also need a pc for work, anyway Good luck everybody God bless yall---kerrycopito--

I want to build a computer because I play on MacOS and there are so many games that I can't play on Mac. Also, some of the games I play run really slow and not that fast. It would also be used for work and school.
-
My computer right now well its not terrible but I can't even run consistent 120 fps on Minecraft I would just like better ram better cpu so that I can stop holding my gpu back and more storage so I can have more space https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=03e7663d-648c-4570-8c2d-d431b6ef1f11

This is my Dream Build that can do everything. I have a similar system with way lower specs and have kept up with what parts I'd buy if Microcenter gave me a shopping spree.

Just a midrange build for gaming and also pursuing a computer science degree.
-
I currently have a really old laptop that can barely play Roblox FPS games at ~50 FPS. This would help me out so much in terms of gaming because I won't be restricted to having to play Roblox all day. After around 6 years of playing Roblox, I have to admit, it is extremely boring. Thanks for MicroCenter for holding this. I hope I win.

I made a pretty balanced pc for online learning and midrange gaming using the ryzen 7 3700x 16gb of ram and GTX 1660 super.
-
need to update a 10 years old prebuilt
-
The PC that I built is one that I would dream to have! I would use it for gaming with my friends, schoolwork, as well as high intensity workloads such as video editing, and rendering on the side. I know the build is probably far out of my budget and reach currently but it is always fun to have a dream and goal to work towards.

I want something that isn't insanely expensive, but with enough power to run triple-a titles, and load programs really fast. Having my own gaming pc has been a long-time dream, and I need something that will last firm in the long term until I finish high school. :D

Hello Everyone!
First off want to thank Micro Center for giving me the opportunity to participate in this event. I am here after watch an Austin Evens video so thank you to him as well.
I am a fan photo editing and video and I study this is at my school. I try making videos and photo shoots here and there and most of the time its the only reason I turn on my Pc. I bought a pre-built and didn't know what I was doing and anything about computers so I know have a pc that works and everything but is very slow when I get my editing programs on. After a couple months of watching Austin Evens and Linus Tech Tips I started to understand a lot more about pc components and hat to look for in a pc.
I choose a Ryzen 5600x because not only is it good in game but will help a ton with rendering as well and raw computer productivity.
I choose the B550 because all thought i have heard a lot of the board i know that it is probably the best for overclocking and this can help me out to test new things out and give me a bit more power.
Choose the 16gb because it basically all you need for games first off and i think that it enough to upload videos at a fast pace.
I went along with the 1660 super because it probably the mid performance area for gaming and is a big upgrade from my current GPU.
I then went with the 512gb ssd because it would the best for starts and once I need more storage I could probably get an external hard drive.
Once again thank you for the opportunity and hope all of you have a great school year!!!

I would love to build a small form factor gaming pc to give myself a challenge and play games on pc without it taking to much space on my desk.
-
First PC build. Idk what else to say.
-
First PC build. Tried to stay kind of cheap but I’m not sure I did. This would definitely be an upgrade from the Mac mini that I am currently useing.
-
I wanted to build a fast pc for a very long time.If I win I would spend the gift card on the mother board and cpu.
-
This is my first PC and I wanted to build it. It would be use for streaming/gaming
-
I've always wanted to build a mid level Gaming PC that will fit my needs to livestreaming while playing games that require no lag whatsoever. I saw this deal and realized "Oh, I have to do this" and here I am now.

Ok, so I know what everyone is thinking, why is this so overkill, why would you need 96 Gb of ram plus multiple SSD’s, 16tb (8tb x2) of HDD’s and 2 graphics cards. Well I need it to run multiple programs for cad to send to different assembly machines, while being able to use the computer myself, as my past computers always overheat and run slow when running the programs when I try to use the computer at the same time. This will allow me to work faster and get things done more efficiently, and since some machines take a long time, I can use the 2nd graphics card to play games in the meantime, or maybe do some streaming and show off the lab and the different autonomous robots and assembly line machines, and then you also have to have rbg, it’s obviously a must and then the flash drives are for transferring files from the robots to the computer, or from the computer to the 3D printers as I currently do not have the equipment to hook it directly up to them. And all that storage is being put to good use, as the pc will be a mainline for our server, so that’s why all the space is needed, and lots of that 16tb will be taken up by security footage, and The rest is for the other people, like the files for the robots that are being used by others.

This should do me good for 1080p gaming, schoolwork, and I plan on using it with some VR! This CPU is a great choice and is probably the best bang-for-your-buck processor. The GPU is awesome, and can dominate 1080p and 1440p gaming (,granted you can find one). 16gb of ram is good, but I plan on upgrading it in the future because I also plan to multitask. So yeah, this should do me good for a long time, and good luck to everybody that enters!
