I wanna use this to game a bit as well as do a bit of 3d Moddeling and Game Deaign.

From what I can tell, these builds are the exact same for the different links you shared. As for as the parts you have selected, this seems like a great starter build for some 3d or game designing.
You will likely need to upgrade the GPU in the near future but this would be just fine for now.
If you do plan on upgrading the PSU in the future then it would be best to swap your PSU out for at least a 750w. So you don't have to worry about upgrading it later.
