Can't complete purchase. Drop down menu for credit card not working.

Trying to purchase a laptop through the micro center website. Been at it for a couple hours. On the billing info screen, there's a drop down menu for credit card type: master card, visa, etc. When I click on it no drop down menu appears. And if I just leave that field empty then of course the purchase can't be completed: "Can't verify billing address". I tried clearing cache, cookies, etc. Help center is closed. Online help says to call the help center..... Can't because they are closed. Is there anything I can do to make this purchase happen before I wait for them to open back up?
