Hello, on 7/23 I purchased a OLED77CXPUA, and just received an email that the price dropped. What is the process to request a price protection adjustment? Thank you!

Greetings, I see you're still within the 30 day time period for price protection. We'd be able to best assist you directly in the store. Please return to your local Micro Center store with the original card used in your transaction so we can complete this process.

Hi Ian - thank you for the reply, it's definitely within the 30 day (not even 7 days at this point), but the store is over an hour away... would it be possible to address this without going back?

I do apologize, we cannot, after looking up the purchase via your email registered on Community, I see you used a Visa card for your purchase. In recent events, the financial institute in charge of your card has made a operational change which requires any price protection, post-sale price match, or refund to be done at the store directly with original card used.
