Dam Ram!

I have the MSI X570 Gaming Pro Wifi.. and I can't find the Correct RAM (memory) that works with this motherboard!.. My first ram purchase was Gskill Trident Z neo DDR4 32x2 64gb.. DOES NOT WORK with this motherboard so I called up MSI they said that ram was not compatible with this particular board.. On the Memory package it says " RGB memory engineered to provide premium performance for the latest AMD Ryzen 300 series processor on the X570 chipset ". I have the Ryzen 7 3800x processor on this board.. I can't return it because I bought it a year ago... So the hell with MSI .. I'm going back to Asus that I used on my first build and had no issues.. I'm tired of chasing ram.. I've purchase (3) different sets of Ram and none of them work on this board.. If you know what ram works with this board please let me know, I've been on MSI website and know that they have list of compatible ram but no retailer has them???

Greetings. Were you receiving a no POST error when using any of these prior RAMs? Did you try each stick of RAM one at a time in each slot?

The Gskill ram when it was first installed did turn on the motherboard, I checked the components with a on \off switch before I put in the case that was the only time it post, could not get it to turn on after that.. I checked power supply (be quiet 850w).. but no error message, never tried one stick at a time

You did not get any error lights on the motherboard at all? Do you still have any of this RAM to test that method out?

Yes, I still have the Gskill 32x2 64gb.. so far I tried one stick in only one lane

Im very close to changing motherboards to> ASUS ROG Strix X570-E Gaming ATX Motherboard- PCIe 4.0, Aura Sync RGB Lighting, 2.5 Gbps and Intel Gigabit LAN, WIFI 6 (802.11Ax), Dual M.2 Heatsinks.. with the hope of the Gskill ram that will work..F43200C16D-64GTN.. I'll have to check Asus site to make sure the ram is compatible, I'm just so dicussted with MSI.. The MSI X570 is my second build, my first build motherboard was Asus and it was no problem to this day

It still does not boot with either stick of RAM in each slot?

Did not try a stick in either slot.. ok if it does then what ? ..will it be an issue with the ram or ram slots?

It's going to be a matter of trial and error to figure out what's going on exactly. if it works with one stick installed, then shut it down. Test that stick in each individual slot. If they all work, you've verified the slots are good. Now test each stick individually. If they all work, you've verified the RAM itself seems to be functional. Leaves you with a board/IMC issue. Let us know what you discover and we can help you troubleshoot further.

i am using Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB with ryzen 7 and it perform well, i had not face any problem with the ram.
