What Inexpensive yet good enough GPU can I put into dell Optiplex SSF 9020 or 7020

Hello guys. I am trying to purchase either one of these dell computer on these links:

But I need to put a GPU in it. The GPU doesn't need to be super expensive. Because all I do with this machine is to live stream to YouTube a single 30-minute meditation music video that plays over and over. I currently have a Dell Optiplex 990 SFF. But this machine keeps failing as the hardware is not good enough. So, anyways. Does anyone know what compatible GPU I can purchase for this computer in the link so that it's not super expensive but also is sufficient enough for video encoding so that my Live Stream on YouTube wouldn't get disconnected all of a sudden for encoder issues?

Also, do I need to update bios or anything else if I want to put in a GPU inside a system? I am just asking in general. Because I have never done this before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings. Looking those over, those processors are quite old (4th gen Intel), and for your purposes you'd want to look for a system with a more modern processor. If you aren't gaming, a GPU wouldn't be necessary to stream but the processors there wouldn't be good for this. What was your intended budget for this?

Well right now cpu is my deal breaker to be honest. Do you know what cpu is best for my live streaming purposes?

For currently available processors, you can start at a Ryzen 3600 for AMD (or better), or a i5-10600k for Intel (or better).

Have you run the windows resource monitor to see what's having a hard time keeping up? It may be something simple like just not enough RAM or too slow of a hard drive.
