I purchased a HP Pavilion X360-15-dq105nr laptop from the Brooklyn Micro Center on January 3, 2021. HP just sent me a message reading according to my Warranty status, the start date was September 28, 2020 and ending November 1, 2021. How is that possible when the purchase date from Micro was 1/03/2021?
