Open Box motherboard CPU bundle (Columbus)

Yesterday I bought an open box motherboard and CPU along with a couple of other items.  I had found a post here by a store associate indicating that Columbus manager would honor the discount.  I verified that with my salesman before checking out.  When I checked my receipt the discount was not applied to my purchase.  

Is there a way to contact someone to get this discount credited to my purchase without going to the Columbus store?  The store is 70 miles away.  I purchased this with MicroCenter credit I applied for while in the store, so I do not yet have an actual card at this time.

Any assistance is appricated.
