Need help choosing the right parts to build a PC that can handle Photoshop, Lightroom and Topaz Labs Software for Image Editing. Budget is between $1500-$2000.
I think my CPU of choice is going to be AMD Ryzen 7 5800X Vermeer 3.8GHz 8-Core AM4. I want at least 32MB of RAM. I know I don't need a great GPU cause I have no intentions of Gaming but I don't know what I should get. I'll need a MB compatible with all these parts. This PC Build is Strictly for Photography. I'd like one smaller SSD for OS and maybe a 1TB SSD for storage. I already store all my photos on external drives so I don't need anymore.
Greetings, I would take a look at this parts list:

It appears Topaz Labs recommends a video card with at least 6GB of video memory for "optimum" performance. https://support.topazlabs.com/article/18-system-requirements I selected a 3060 Ti, but a regular 3060, or a 2060/2060 Super would be fine as well, it just would depend on availability.
If you have any questions please let us know!
GPU given the software listed would probably a 3060 you have a use case that the 12gb could be useful in particular if you are upscaling video in Topaz. It also takes advantage of the Tensorflo cores as well if I am not mistaken.
