Not sure where to start

Hello,

I'd like to preface my question by saying that I'm completely new to PC gaming, and I know next to nothing about computers. I know diving headfirst into the deep end might seem a little silly, but building my own seems like a fun challenge.

I do know that I would like to put together a build that could support The Witcher 3 and similar games on a budget of about $1,500 to $2,000.
