DP NO SIGNAL error on AOC M24G1C

Screen Lock error showed up couple days ago. We were able to remove the error but now have "DP NO SIGNAL" error. It's currently connected to an XBOX 1S. I've tried different HDMI, unplugging, plugging back in, etc and nothing has worked to get signal. How can I fix?

Greetings. "DP No Signal" would mean you don't have a DisplayPort cable connected to the monitor and it's on the DisplayPort input/channel. If you are using an HDMI cable, you will want to verify the monitor is set to the HDMI Input by using the buttons found directly on the monitor to change it.

@Ian we've tried the buttons on the monitor and none of them will pull up any menu to change to HDMI. Screen just goes dark.

Discharge it and see if it'll autoscan. Turn both systems off. Unplug monitor, hold the power button on the monitor with the power cable unplugged for 30 seconds. Reconnect the monitor. Turn the PC on first, wait a few seconds, then power on the monitor.

If that doesn't work, check the instructions here under "Your screen is blank after you turn on the console" - "Reset your display settings": https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/display-sound/tv-or-monitor-screen-is-blank-while-connected

This will put the console into low resolution mode and you can adjust from there.

Have you tried the monitor on a different system to make sure it isn't the issue (to make sure it isn't broken)?
