Logitech G502 Hero Mouse... the BEST Value Gaming Mouse We Carry
I understand that choosing a mouse is tricky sometimes. How it fits in your hand, how heavy/light it is, the feel of the buttons are all personal preference.
But, The Logitech G502 Hero at $44.99 (on 8/31/2021) is the BEST feature for feature gaming mouse for the money we carry right now. I'm on my second one and purchased both of my previous G502 when they were WELL over $50. At $49.99 you will be hard pressed to find anything as good at this mouse!

Do you make any changes to the removable weights in the mouse?
-
I personally never use them. I like the lightweight design without them.
-
I see, the lighter the better then in this case!

I have 2 of these, one at the office and one at home, and love them, I inserted all of the weights so it feels substantial,
But I do not use it for gaming, I use it for CAD work, I program the key commands I use most, (Move, Copy, etc) into the buttons.

this is by far the best mouse for the price. ive owned this mouse for about a year and a half and i love it so much. if youre looking for a value mouse that can do a lot the g502 is the best one not to mention you can add weights to it and the thumb grip helps for better control and comfortability. one feature i love but not many people will care to much is th efact you can lock/unlock the scroll wheel, to allow for infinite scroll or more slower pace scrolling.

I love the logitech mice, I own a few myself.
However, I personally really love the Glorious model line. I play a lot of FPS games and the lightweight design is amazing. The skates feel very clean too.
They are also around the $49.99 range!

Gonna be 100% honest about this one, I do not like the G502. Just doesn't fit my hand quite well. I find that I have to tighten my grip a little more than I'd like, which gives me cramps. A good alternative I've found is the Razer Basilisk which lives at a similar price point. Unfortunately, you do lose the hyperscrolling and the adjustable weights.

The G502 was one of the most popular mice back when I was in GSA. People loved the weights. Whenever I would show someone, "look, you can change the weight of the mouse!" people seemed to be very excited about that. I have to stick with Razer, though. Currently using the Genshin Impact Razer DeathAdder Pro 😂

G502 is one of the best selling mice in history. Such great value at that price point!
-
Agree. Been using G502Hero for about two years now. The only concern is periodically cleaning it is not very easy with complex profile rubber surfaces, but great otherwise.

As a gaming mice enthusiast I have to heavily disagree with the G502 being the top recommendation (especially if you play any FPS games) its too bulky, heavy, and the shape while comfortable isn't exactly ideal for most people. Wireless mice have also become really affordable now and there are no performance concerns. G502 still has its place but only if you're heavy into productivity + general gaming and even then I'd argue the Razer Basilisk V3 is slightly better from my testing.
