I bought laptop aug 21st. I need to return it -policy says 15 days. So ..it appears today Sat. Sept 4th is the final day to return. Im not sure I can make it in today to do so-I put off returning for about a week due to sky high covid cases in this area. The store has been super packed. Is there any leniency or extension?
Greetings. Sorry for the delay in response, looking into this I see the item has already been returned. For future reference, we can typically work out short-term return period extensions with manager approval if needed as long as you have the box and all included items for the original purchase.
When in doubt email your salesperson. That way they can talk to the manager and try to help you out.
