Custom pc repair diagnosis

I've brought in a pc 5 days ago for a full diagnosis but they still have it and all it shows on the website was technician assigned for the past 5 days. They said it was going to take 2 - 3 days and whenever I try to call around 3 - 4 minutes waiting it automatically hangs up on me.
