I purchased a 3080 yesterday but I have not received my code yet to redeem Battlefield 2042.
How can I get this resolved?

Hello, the promotion is for a Desktop or Laptop with a RTX 30-series card, your purchase was just for a video card, therefore it is not eligible for this promotion.
