It's impossible to contact my local store directly. I need to speak to the repair department. Has this company washed its hands of answering the phone at the local level?
I was unable to even find a phone number for the store on their site, so I skeptically used chat. I was told someone from my local store service/repair department would call me. They never did. Of course not.
If you can't answer your phones, like a brick-and-mortar store, you should probably just close up shop and compete with every other online-only retailer.
Hello, yes, we do have phone lines and representatives are available during store hours, if you are calling before/after store hours, the phone lines are not available.

Mine always answers... have you not also seen there lines? They are usually packed! Have patience and text there number!
