PowerSpec G900 Infinite repair loop

Last month I purchased a powerspec G900 and have been having issues with reboot repair loop.  I've been able to get back into the computer running some of the known fixes but the latest one came last night and now my computer is stuck in recovery blue screen. I have tried rebooting through bios into windows 10 off a USB with no luck.  I'm now stuck in a reboot loop only thing that shows up is powerspec then it reboots again.  At a loss at this point not sure what to do.  Only thing I run is warzone and since the first couple days its been nothing but issues thats I've worked through but this one has me stumped.

F8 is the boot menu key on the system. Are you able to access the boot menu?

Alright. So you confirmed that you cannot boot to installation media though, correct? The system reboots? If so, sounds like an issue with the bcd on the drive. We would need to access it externally to correct that. Preferably just to backup data, then 'clean' the drive and do a fresh install. Do you have an external NVME enclosure to do this?

I was going to take my pc to my local microcenter after work today and see if they can help point me in the right direction.

The error code I recieved was file:\BCD Error code: 0xc0000098

Confirms an issue with the BCD. Which we could rewrite if we could boot to the windows 10 media. If it reboots when you attempt that, we're stuck without being able to delete the BCD from another system. We would need either an enclosure or a second system with a free M.2 slot that supports PCIE. If you can boot with the drive installed, we can help you rewrite the BCD.

System carries a 1 year warranty. Bring it and we'll be able to help you get the system running again.

This is always the best course of action on a prebuild. Let the techs fix it under warranty. This is one of the reasons I buy a prebuild instead of building anymore. I don't have the time to mess with my PCs like I used to. I buy the PC and a service plan so I know someone else will fix it if anything goes wrong. Don't use up your time, let a tech fix it under the warranty for you.
