For low budget
I got at a HP S01-pf1013w. I am just looking for parts that would 2010 to 2014 games play. Part that would be right for the hardware. I still thinking about making it 32GB but, may not need all that.

edit: the ram is ddr4 I read your Q wrong :(
32gb kits are pretty cheap these days but your mobo might not support DIMMS that big
Edit 2:
you good but you wont see ram go past 2133mhz no matter what, get cheapest kit possible @ 32gb imo
