Corsair cooler broke broke, can I return it?

Hello, I bought a corsair h110 cooler and the tie down bolt just snapped in half before it even started getting torqued at all. will I be able to return this product? it's been 12 days since purchase. The Microcenter is 2 hours away that's why I ask. Since then I've replaced the cooler with one from another store , just because it was closer. Thanks
