Hi, Im trying to return a laptop within the 14 day return window, unfortunately the credit card I used has been lost. I still have the receipt, can I still return the product with just the reciept?

Typically the store can look into issuing a check. I would advise to come in to your local store and speak with store management regarding your situation.

Hello @Nahtangnouv and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. Yes you can still return the laptop. You'll just be given store credit on a Microcenter gift card.
