I purchased a wireless card on 30Jul2021; however, it did not meet my needs.
There is nothing wrong with item, but currently I have a had it for 44 days. For personal reasons related to pandemic, I was unable to return the item within the 30 day window.
Is it still possible to return? All packaging and ancillary items are present.
I am unable to use the item, and worse case scenario would be fine with a store credit if refund is not an option.
Hello @bkttk2 and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. We'll need your reference number off your receipt. This is a public forum, but the reference number is only a number Microcenter can access. Please give us your reference number for the wireless card. To answer your question, a Manager can go up to 60 days for a return as long as there is no damage to the item and the customer still has the original packaging. It's up to the Manager if they'll charge a small restocking fee or not. But as long as there is no damage and you still have the original packaging, you should be able to return it.
