Laptop screen goes black while the external monitor still work well.
I have bought one new laptop of ASUS G713QR/5900HX/32/17.3PG. But now its screen often goes black while the external monitor still works. I have tried to update the drivers but it still not work. I don't know what cause this problem. If there is anyone can help me!!!!Thanks. Or should I find an after-sales service point to ask some professional one to help me?
