I was just wondering if there were additional ways to get status updates on a repair.
I understand things are busy, but my laptop has been at the Tustin store since early July getting repaired. I have often gone multiple weeks at a time without any status updates, and even when reaching out by text to the number I was provided I get nothing more than the "Thanks for texting ... one of our technicians will get back to you shortly".
Is there a phone or email contact I should be using when I don't get any response?
