Warranty question

I took my Arctic Wireless Pro headsets in a few weeks ago because my toddler dropped them from the stand, while playing with his toys, and I was told that accidental damages weren't covered. I paid for a 2 year replacement part plan and I'm feeling like I got robbed of my money when I needed this to come into effect. My plan is still good into Oct 2021 so why was I rejected?

Greetings, a replacement plan is for issues like defects and failures under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage to the item. You can view full warranty details on our website at https://www.microcenter.com/site/customer-support/protection-plans/replacement-protection-plans.aspx
