I assume he wants that cooler for the blinkenlights since he specified the Capellix version.
The 220 is already a modest size case. I don't know if you've used mATX specific cases before but they're annoyingly hard to work inside of and the airflow and cooling is usually lousy.
But really the biggest ticket item is the GPU so unless you go down on that, really anything else is small time changes.
I assume you mean you want to lower the cost. Do you really need the full size ATX motherboard because if you look at mATX size they tend to cost a lot less. Most people never use the extra slots in the full size ATX.
I could do that and maybe lower the case size too to match the mATX motherboard. Thank You!
Another suggestion I would add is that water cooling that processor is really a bit of overkill. You would do just fine with the included fan with the processor, or you can get an aftermarket / third party air cooler if you would like for much cheaper than the water cooling system you have picked out.
