1 should have been a pick up, not a delivery. How do I change it. I have a return and want to do the transactions at the same time. I tried calling but was on hold a long time.
Greetings, sorry for the delay in response. I see you were already assisted in chat regarding this. We are unable to change shipouts to in-store pickups. They will attempt to cancel it before it ships, but otherwise you would have to refuse delivery/contact our online sales team for an RMA if it does ship out.
