Put this list together and I would like to know how well it would work, if I need to add or remove anything from the build. https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=54cbb4cd-c1fc-4a04-8efa-458d5bef3ccf
Greetings. What is the intended use of this PC and your overall budget?
I plan on using it for gaming and a bit of general usage. The budget is around 2000.
Currently I see the parts list you have is over that budget. Are you looking to reduce the cost of what you have picked out?
If you're looking to knock the price down some, if you aren't going for the RGB or aesthetics of the water cooler, it's typically considered overkill for that processor, you can do just fine with a nice air cooler and save yourself $100 or so. Could also look into changing the video card (as they are available) to one of the 3000 series cards and that could save you some as well and still be very comparable for any sort of gaming. Besides that, the build looks very solid for the price.
Thank you, I switched it out for a heatsink, and I'll wait for one of the 3000 series cards to come back in stock to change it.
You're welcome, please let us know if you have any other questions.
