I previously ordered a laptop online that never shipped even past the shipping date. I called customer service this morning and the representative told me something probably went wrong with payment processing the first time. So she canceled my first order and put in an identical replacement order. But so far I only received a cancelation email for my first order, but no confirmation email for the replacement. Since this was done over the phone, I don't have the order number for the replacement order either. Can someone look up that new order confirmation for me? Thanks.

Hi, I have a follow-up question.
The order is scheduled to be delivered today, but Fedex tracking indicates that they haven't received the package. Based on the distance between Ohio and where I live, it's unlikely that it can be delivered today if Fedex still hasn't picked up the package by now. Could you check whether something went wrong? The order number is 13437574. Thanks.
It appears this did not get picked up in time to be processed on Saturday, so it should have processed for ship out yesterday.
