PC Builder In-Store purchase

I purchased an in-store computer at the PC builder section for parts to be build and  
I was told that someone will call me. Now it’s already been 10 days and no one called or emailed me. I specifically requested the computer to be ready later on the same day or at least the next day because I was traveling out-of-state for a long time. Unfortunately since then, nothing. Why aren’t there a phone number to call? Why are you so slow on building a computer. At least, you could have been honest and tell your customers that it could take more than a day or two. This is very upsetting after spending all this amount of money for a poor customer service after the store.
