Hello, just registered. I am using Windows 7 Professional with Outlook 2016 and so many links are inactive....Cannot open New Email, TEAMS meeting template, Email Forward, Cannot type text into my Excel spreadsheets (or adjust row/column sizes)....I no longer have my Windows 7 install CD...I am planning to download Office Professional Plus and buy a Windows 7 DVD install disc. Do you think that will activate the many inactive links I have right now?? Thank you!! Mark
Greetings. Is your Office currently activated when you open it? If it is not activated, there should be a message at the top of the Office window stating this and most, if not all features would be disabled.
