Website stock reliability
I have seen several times recently that an item is out of stock in Denver when the system shows 7+ or even 15+ in stock. Is this a common issue? There seems to be no way to contact an individual store and the online folks have no idea about dates or ETAs so it's even more important that the website reflect reality than Amazon or Newegg where the order will cancel if stock sold out while you were ordering.

Ryzen 5950X and various B550 motherboards. Denver showed 7+ in stock but my reservation confirmation showed no available stock. Customer service could not provide and estimate and apparently the company does not ship between stores to fulfill orders. My reservation had everything for a build minus the case and SSD. While I prefer shopping local I ended up getting everything on Amazon to avoid getting stuck waiting for stock that may take weeks to months to arrive.

During store hours, around 11 AM MT.

Same at olathe ks, says their are 3060's available but every day they are not.

Yeah that sounds about right. I guess in this time of staff shortages, there may not be enough personnel to accurately audit stock on hand. If they are using a QR system then I'd suspect a lot of stuff is disappearing after check in.

Did you reserve one of the pre-made combos or the 2 items separately?
I am seeing that the 5950X combos are all showing sold out now at Denver, so it is possible they were working with a lot of similar orders or the online system was behind when you tried to place your reservation unfortunately.

The best thing I would suggest is to place another reservation if you are still interested in the item as other reservations may have not been picked up or the store may have received more if they are still showing stock at this time.

Nope, my order was for individual items. I had the CPU, RAM, Motherboard, Power Supply, etc.
