Returning Laptop
I bought a refurbished HP Omen 15 that is giving a blue screen (0x116) It's technically within the 15 day warranty, but i ended up "dinging" the laptop and there is a blemish. Is this going to prevent me from returning the laptop and force me to go straight to HP?

Greetings, this is something we'd need to determine at the store. I'd suggest bringing in your laptop so management may review the laptop and assist you with the next steps directly in-store.

I live two hours away from Microcenter... I really would prefer to not make that drive just to have them refuse to take it back. This is all it is.
