I'm new to the pc gaming world and I know barely anything about pc's. I was wondering if someone could help me out in putting together a pc. I'm looking to build a pc with ideal specs for Microsoft flight sim 2020, I know that is a pretty demanding game so would like some help on what parts would be ideal for this build. I also plan on playing other games like SQAUD, GTAV, and maybe some sim racing games. but I want to focus more on the flight sim game specs more then any other. I would appreciate the help!

Is any of your budget needed for peripherals such as monitors, mouse, keyboard etc.?

Its really more for the pc and maybe a monitor.

I left about $300 roughly or so with taxes figured in for a monitor.
