Store Number For Tech

I don’t know if I am posting this right but I have been having trouble getting a response from microcenter we’re my pc is being repaired. I stay hours away and can’t walk into the store. Anyone know if the stores are really busy this time of year. I received an email and responded to my repair but no response. I missed a call and when I call back no answer. Just making sure if I am missing a step or something. Thanks

Thanks I just really want to talk to someone. Try to get a timeline and a confirmation on the cpu we are putting in my computer and motherboard. I have two computers up there. I just called the number and the same thing no answer. No email responses or call backs yet. Thanks
