Please for the love of GOD and everything that is Holy..... build a store in Oklahoma City or Tulsa.

Best Buy absolutely sucks!

When you decide to do this, i will miss the short drive to Overland Park but Oklahoma has to get a Microcenter!

I will volunteer to stand out by the street wearing a "Best Buy Sucks" T-Shirt (in spandex if needed) at the Grand Opening of the Oklahoma Store. Your new customer base will be absolutely shocked to be in a store with inventory.

yes a Oklahoma City location would be much appreciated I do realize the comment above but if you do choose Oklahoma City for one of your future locations I have a couple areas of interest you may wanna look into the northside of Oklahoma City near the Kilpatrick turnpike and then you got a Area that’s between Moore and Norman where there’s less competition electronic store wiseI mean of course you have a few Best Buy to compete with but I’m sure that will be no hurdle for Micro Center

I made an account just to support the thought that OKC needs a micro center, currently trying to upgrade and there is nowhere to go to actually compare parts and prices that I can put my hands on. Could be HUGE business seeing that best buy indeed does suck.

I'm from the Oklahoma City area and I also came to say that Oklahoma City should be considered. OKC as a city is growing and I think it could definitely support a micro center.

I'd prefer Tulsa,but if I had to go to OKC,I would.There are four states that border Oklahoma with Microcenters.Please quit building around us and put at least one in Oklahoma.

Noticing all the recent buzz about an OKC store. I'd like to offer a different scope of competition: Amazon.

Oklahoma is home to two massive Amazon fulfillment warehouses in both OKC and Tulsa, meaning that our parts typically come in extremely quickly within a few hours. That being said however, as others have expressed; I personally would love to have a micro center where I can physically examine and compare my parts without running the risk of amazon delivery damaging them or being stolen or not being satisfied with how my part looks in person. The Micro Center bundles alone would switch me off of Amazon.

Best Buy as stated in above comments is a no-go and for overpriced junk. Micro Center would hurt Best Buy if there was a place to put it somewhere near Penn and Memorial in between Edmond and OKC near Kilpatrick as mentioned above. Edmond is close enough to offer Tulsa residents a closer alternative than having to go all the way to St Louis, and giving South Oklahoma residents the chance to avoid driving all the way to Texas all while being close enough a drive for all OKC residents.

Regardless of where one is put in the state, I will drive all that way just to have my parts the same day, on my time, looking at those sweet bundles.

Like others I also made my account so far just to post here. Please build a location in Tulsa or OKC. We’re struggling when it comes to finding good places to get computer parts and although I do have family up near Overland Park/Olathe I would love to not have to drive 200+ miles to the nearest Micro Center. I love gaming, I’ve seen some of the prices y’all have on 3D printing, and I’d love to shop with y’all but with shipping costs in the $60 range from your nearest store and a 200+ mile drive if I want to pick anything up or have my PC serviced it’s making it harder to shop with y’all.

Bump for Tulsa Desperately needs a you! even OKC would be better. I think the community here is big enough to support a local facility. I see the comment about Amazon. but Microcenter does not do shipping on 99% of the computer parts. So I have to travel out of state to build a new computer. not a deal breaker, just an added layer of planning. making sure my parts I want are in stock and modifying orders as needed. I'm not driving 500 miles for ram. but to build a whole computer usually is worth the drive.

I would bust a nut if yall brought Micro Center to Tulsa. Why not? You have warehouses here and we have no options. It’s best buy, or a terrible little hole in the wall place called Wholesale Computer Supply that sells old tech for ripoff prices (pcie 3.0 systems running 8gb ddr3 with a 4gb 580 and mechanical hard drives  but they add a shitbox sata drive for the OS to make it seem a little snappy) for $900 to people who don’t know any better. I do apartment maintenance meeting so many dudes and almost every home I enter has a tech nerd like myself. We all wish we could just run to a Micro Center to get our stuff. I’ve had the Micro Center conversation hundreds of times with hundreds of dudes. Nobody wants to order from Amazon. It’s obvious that the people running Micro Center are obsessed with tech and love being there for people who are obsessed with tech. Your stores are beautiful and the vibe is unreal. I meet so many people out here with piles of PC parts in their homes and I know Tulsa would surprise you. We don’t have much to do out here and I promise if you built a store here, it would be something to do for thousands of people regularly.  Please, we deserve it.

Oklahomans are bored. We need micro center. You have no idea how many Hobbiest are ordering from Amazon because that’s all we got. 

If only, the light of the heavens would shine through the beautiful glass doors of micro center okc. I personally wouldn’t setup shop in Tulsa. It may be a cheaper upfront investment but you would loose money in the end and shrink would be higher. Don’t get me wrong,Tulsa is booming but okc is established and there’s no denying that it’s still growing. Edmond is more of a classy area but idk how many Hobbiest are there, Edmond is more of buy not build. Norman however, is a collage town. Norman has plenty of collage builders and Hobbiest. 

All I’m saying is that okc is begging you. I will personally help in anyway I can to make sure it happens for Oklahoma, just tell me what to do or what you need. Just reach out to me, I’ll be waiting.

Bumping because all reasons above, and the people need more than Best Buy, Amazon, and the terrible excuse of a tech section of Walmart.  Heck, some of the people I know visiting OKC long term always need some PC parts when they're at the aeronautical center at Will Rogers.  OKC and Tulsa would be happy to home one, and there's already a lot of support, as shown over years of interest.  Cheers, MC staff, and hope to hear an announcement on a new store!
