Distorted lines all over the screen. Samsung support is nearly worthless. I bought the computer and monitor from Microcenter 7 months ago.
Steps taken thus far:
I unplugged everything, waiting a minute +/-, and started it back up - no luck
Change monitor cable for a one that I know works (HDMI)
Uninstalled the graphics card/driver, rebooted computer, reinstall graphics card/driver - the issue still existed when the computer was working without the graphics card in VGA

Would you be able to share your computer specifications with us?
At first glance, this seems like it is a GPU hardware issue, but we should rule out other possibilities before we jump to that conclusion!
When you say that you've reinstalled the graphics driver. Have you used DDU to do that or have you just done this through the hardware manager?
If you haven't used DDU to do this. I'd recommend following our guide on a clean installation of GPU drivers.
