So back on April 9th, 2021 I went into Microcenter Cambridge to buy a new case, fans, etc. I had also had the manager Pete do a price adjustment on a Powerspec PC I bought, so that explains why I never thought to double check my receipt. I just was going through some receipts that were in my wallet, and I notice that I was DOUBLE CHARGED for the Lian Li 011 Dynamic case I picked up. 😠
Am I able to get a refund over the phone if I can provide the store with my receipt number or do I have to drive an HOUR to Microcenter to do this? If it wasn't $189.99 I would probably forget it, but that is a lot of money to just give away...
