Looking For Feedback or Advice

Hello,

This is my current build idea for a new tower, I am trying to create something that will last a long time with room for improvements one day. The idea here is to create a DDR5 capable setup for maximizing memory bandwidth as well as optimizing efficiency of the ram, not to mention the potential upgrades one day when its needed. This setup is probably overkill for what I plan on using it for currently but hopefully that means it will last a long time and its a good investment for the price. (This is not my first time building)

The budget is trying to keep it under $3,000 and have it be near top of the line.

I will mostly be using it for gaming and ideally playing any game at the highest settings running smoothly on 1440/1080p. I mainly play MMO's and FPS games competitively and want to avoid serious latency issues or fps drops.
