Enabling SATA Ports After Diagnostic?

I picked up my PC after having a diagnostic done at the Denver Micro Center location, and my SATA cables appear to be disabled. In my BIOS, my SATA ports all appear as "Not Present." I have been sent around to 7 or 8 different extensions over the past 2 hours.

All I am really looking for is information on how to enable my SATA ports on a GIGABYTE UEFI DualBIOS from around 2012.

I do apologize you are having issues with the computer. to enable to the ports you would need to enable the sata controller in the bios. to do this, press <Delete> to enter BIOS Setup during the POST (Power-On Self-Test). Go to Peripherals\SATA Configuration, make sure SATA Controller(s) is enabled.
