How to get a graphics card? Westmont location

I live around 30 minutes from the Westmont location and was wondering how I could get a graphics card. I see the random selection process but is that the only way to get a GPU? Will there be any other GPUs not in the raffle? And just to confirm the entry time starts at 8:00 AM and the selection time is from 8:30-9:30. Will I be able to walk in when the store opens and buy a GPU if in stock or are they all reserved for the raffle winners?
