x570 AORUS ELITE Stops working

I have a x570 AORUS ELITE Motherboard and it randomly stops working, the only way I can get it running again is by removing and reinserting the cmos battery, then the computer will start working again. do I have a faulty motherboard?

Greetings, are you getting any sort of error lights on the motherboard or messages on your computer when it does not boot up?

No error lights, No messages on the computer screen, Sounds like the hard drives spin up but the monitors don't do anything, no bios screen, no boot sounds, nothing. if I remove and reinsert the CMOS Battery it will start up and work for some unspecified period of time, usually at least a couple weeks then it will do it again.

Doesn't look like the board has any debug LED's for us to work with. We'll need to know how this happens exactly. Is it that the system is off and when you turn it on this happens? Is there any pattern here? Is it when the PC is left off all night or longer that this occurs?
