Is there some way to get a simple response?
I had a service request to get a quote to repair a laptop, met with a service tech and left the item with a promise of a formal estimate by the next day. The next day, the tech called me and gave me a verbal quote and promised to email me a quote by EOB. The service request status shows closed, but does not include a detailed estimate. I spent over 1/2 hour yesterday on the priority line and the tech in Columbus was only able to email the store manager to request follow up and he said I should expect a response within 24 hours. Still no response. It is not easy for me to get to the store right now. Is it too much to ask for what I was promise. Why can't they call the store!!!!!
