I have a evga 2070 I'd like to exchange for the ultra version. Do y'all need to refund the full price or can I just get store credit and pay the difference. Also if the anti static bag is missing would I still be able to return my gpu?

For a return/exchange we can process it as credit and you can just pay the difference. We always prefer if you have all the original packaging if you're able to find it, but if the anti-static bag is missing that's not a huge deal. -
Ok thank you, I usually keep everything together but I just can't find it and I really want to exchange for a different card
