First Time PC Builder - Any suggestions or tips for my build?

Hello there. I am a first time PC builder, and as such would like some pointers or tips regarding part compatibility for my PC. I have picked out a few parts with Micro Center's PC builder beforehand, and have posted the details below.
I intend to use this for playing video games such as Destiny 2, Warframe, or ARK (being able to handle at least higher end settings at 1440p with 60fps), with the additional use of being able to handle entry level 3D modeling/rendering and 2D art programs.

Hello @EduardoH43! Welcome to the Community.

There is one main thing I did want to mention. Ryzen third generation is known for scaling well with memory speed, with DDR4-3600 being the sweetspot. At this pricing, I'd definitely recommend getting a set of 3600 memory, it should only be a minor cost increase and it can have a noticeable performance impact.

I might also recommend upgrading the CPU cooler. For gaming the Wraith Prism that the 3900X comes with should be just fine, but if you're getting into 3D modeling and rendering you can potentially put a pretty high load on your CPU and you could see temperatures climb pretty high. If you want to stick with an air cooler, the Noctua NH-D15, NH-U14S, and NH-U12A are all good options to go for. If you're interest in a liquid cooler, a 240mm AIO option like the NZXT Kraken X53 or the Corsair H100i would be good as well.

The only other thing I'd really question is the addition of Windows 10 Pro. There are a lot of great features in Pro but they're only really necessary for a business or enterprise system. If there are specific features it has that you need, then you can just ignore this part, but for general consumer use 10 Home is typically sufficient.

Otherwise, the system looks good overall and you will definitely be able to game at 1440p/60FPS reliably. The 2080ti is the best gaming card on the market (until NVIDIA releases the 3000 series) and it will handle anything you can throw at it.
