Dell Warranty Issues
Options
I bought 2 Dell PCs in August last year from you and one is now having some problem. I tried reaching out to Dell to have them fix the issue but to my surprise the warranty on the systems expired already. How can I get this issue rectified?

Greetings. What is the issue you are having and what is the service tag number on the Dell PC you are having an issue with?

The Service Tags numbers are 6FVP1P2 and HBVP1P2. It stopped connecting to the internet and then I tried resetting the PC but it stuck at 64% with the the Dell logo on the screen.
