2 year Replacement plan warranty on headphones
Hi, I bought Asus Cerberus headphones in 2019, and a 2 year replacement plan with them. One of the sides just stopped working on me. Can I bring them to microcenter to cash the warranty and buy some new headphones?

As long as there's no physical damage (cracks, torn wires, etc...), then if the product is defective and it's under a replacement plan with us you are allowed to bring those back in.
